Delivery Charges


Our delivery charges are calculated on a weight per consignment basis and are calculated at the time of checkout, where you will see the weight of your total order.

Standard deliveries are placed on a 3-5 working day service, unless otherwise requested. Sunday and Bank Holiday deliveries are not available. Certain geographical supplements will apply and are calculated at the time of checkout.


Our Delivery Policy

  1. In certain circumstances, items may be despatched direct from the supplier, or by a third party courier.
  2. We deliver to Scotland, England and Wales, with delivery available to Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands and Islands at an additional cost.
  3. Standard delivery is 3-5 working days. You will be sent an email when your order is received, and again when your items are despatched. Your delivery will normally be received on the third working day from date of receipt of your despatch email. Overnight delivery is available on request at an additional cost, and is subject to stock. Order must be placed before 11am. (This service is not available on lengths over 4 metres. This service is available in certain areas only- please contact us for details prior to placing your order).
  4. Standard deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm and require a signature.
  5. Where a lower service level has been requested, we reserve the right to apply the charge appropriate to the service level at the time of delivery.
  6. Our courier will attempt a maximum of three deliveries to your delivery address before returning your items back to us. If you are not there to receive your parcel on first attempt, subsequent attempts will be charged to you at a rate of £11.20 per attempt.   7. You have not received your items within 5 working days of placing your order, please contact us on 01236 425559, quoting your order reference.
  8. Please ensure all parcels are checked on delivery - no claims will be accepted for damage, shortage or loss if you have signed for your delivery.
  9. If you are unsure about any item, please sign for it as damaged and call us on 01236 425559 within 24hrs to report this item as damaged. Any items that have not been signed for as damaged will not be replaced.
  10. When signing for you items, please ensure that you include the date and time on the couriers' sheet.
  11. Please ensure you allow sufficient time for your stairparts to become acclimatised before fitting them. We cannot be held responsible for movement within the wood as a result of stairparts not being properly acclimatised.

Our Returns Policy

  1. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item and will issue a refund. (Subject to a 10% re-stocking fee)
  2. We will only refund opened items if they are faulty, and we have been notified of said fault in accordance with point 8 above.
  3. Items that are returned after the 30 day returns period are subject to a further 10% charge.
  4. The cost of returning the item is paid for by the customer, unless the item has been reported as faulty in accordance with point 8 above.
  5. If you require a refund, please provide us with the following information:
    • Details as to why the item is being returned
    • Your order reference
    • Date and time items were received from courier
    • In case of fault/damage, please describe said fault/damage and wrap all items securely in their original packaging

We will notify you when we have received the package, and again when the package has been examined and refunded. For your protection, we recommend that you send the package using a recorded-delivery service.


Cancelled Orders

  1. Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled free of charge.
  2. Cancelled orders that have been dispatched will incur a 10% re-stocking fee and your delivery charge will not be refunded. This includes orders that have been returned back to us after a failed delivery attempt by the Courier service.
  3. All returned items are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee
  4. Items that are returned after the 30 day returns period are subject to a further 10% charge.
